Welcome to Local 17 Rate My Supervisor (the “Website”), an online platform for AFGE Local 17 members to provide anonymous feedback and ratings about their supervisors. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not access or use the Website.

1. Use of the Website. You must be an AFGE Local 17 member in good standing in order to access and use the Website. By using the Website, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your supervisor(s), and to use the Website only for its intended purpose of providing constructive feedback about your supervisor(s). You agree that you will not misuse the Website or engage in any activity that is harmful or disruptive to the Website or its users.
2. No Misuse of the Website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who misuses the Website, including but not limited to those who post false or misleading information, spam the Website, attempt to hack the Website, or engage in any other activity that violates these Terms of Service.
3. One Rating per Person per Supervisor. You are only allowed to rate any particular supervisor one time. Once you have submitted a rating for a supervisor, you may not submit another rating for that supervisor.
4. No Foul Language or Discriminatory Language. You agree that you will not use foul language, derogatory terms, slurs, or any other excessively hurtful, lewd, or discriminatory language in your ratings or feedback about your supervisor(s). Ratings must focus solely on professional matters and must not include anything that has to do with someone’s personal physical traits or cultural matters. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this provision, and to take appropriate action against any user who violates this provision.
5. Opinions Expressed are of the Raters. The opinions expressed in the Website are solely those of the raters and do not reflect the opinions or views of Local 17 or its affiliates.
6. No Liability for User-Generated Content. We are not responsible for any user-generated content on the Website, including ratings and feedback about supervisors. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any user-generated content on the Website.
7. Changes to the Website and Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website at any time, with or without notice to you. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, so please check back periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Website after any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
