This VLJ doesn't know enough of Veterans law or how to adjudicate VA disability compensation claims. Her remands are legendary for their overcomplication and missing the forest for the trees. She tries too hard as a means for overcompensating for the fact that she knows very little about how to do her job. She certainly doesn't know how to do her job well. Her social skills also have a whiff of desperation about them. Be warned.
