Tom R is the DVC for Awards. I cannot figure out what else he does to justify his DVC salary other than send out quarterly awards ceremony reminders. He couldn't care less about what attorneys do but he won't hesitate to enforce a disciplinary action. He also doesn't manage his problem VLJs, instead doing nothing when there's an obvious attorney-VLJ conflict. He is incredibly lazy. He also is uninspiring. Zero stars.
