VLJ Dawson is nasty, rude, and brittle. She has no experience with Veterans law and that is obvious from her review of draft work products. She also is uncommunicative unless she wants to ding you for an error which likely doesn't exist (except in her untrained mind). Somehow she managed to put the same comments in Caseflow for both a draft and final work product which she reviewed. I have never had another VLJ do that which demonstrates (to me, at least) that VLJ Dawson lack intelligence. If if were possible to leave negative stars, she would earn all of them across the board.
