Now a VLJ, Sadia is bright, competent, and willing to discuss any case with any attorney on her mini-team regardless of their experience level. She is not the fastest signer and her weekly mini-team meetings can drag on some times. She is very kind to her attorneys and protects them from other, less experienced VLJs and AVLJs whose management styles are not in accord with how the Board works when it works well. I recommend working with Sadia. She is a solid addition to the VLJ corps.
