Rebecca Feinberg

Becky Feinberg is a delightful colleague and a good VLJ. She is a very hard worker although she doesn't provide any written comments in DAS so it's hard sometimes to figure out what she wants in her signed decisions. She communicates with her mini-team better via email, making suggestions about what to include or take out of work products submitted to her for review. She's very matter-of-fact in dealing with Board management and her many years of work here is reflected in her general skepticism over the tenor of many Board management decisions. She has high expectations but could do a better job of communicating them to her attorneys. That said, she has been one of the best supervisors I have written for in more than 20 years at the Board. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a supervisor or VLJ.
