This VLJ epitomizes micromanagement. He also has micro knowledge about VA law. He is an overweening martinet who's very proud of his job title but has zero personal skills, warmth, or professional knowledge to back up this overabundant pride. He has no problem chasing after his attorneys when he perceives they are working "illegal overtime." He cares more about appearances than actually getting the work of the agency done. He also is unkind. Negative stars all the way.
