Mary Ellen Larkin

Mary Ellen is a legend. She is hard working, intelligent, tough, and willing to help out those who need it and ask for it. She's a pleasure to work with and work for and I hope to have the opportunity to work for her again in my career. She's also been around long enough to be skeptical of Board management. She protects her people as well which is incredibly important. You can't get a much better supervisor and VLJ than Mary Ellen. Seek her out and you will learn. Update: Mary Ellen has of late reduced one of the new attorneys who worked for her to tears routinely (until the attorney was moved). That attorney has prospered in their new assignment. My initial review of Mary Ellen should be read in full context. Be wary.
