I've never had Lynne as a direct supervisor but she has reviewed some of my work on detail. She is very positive in her attitude and helpful in making sure that attorneys writing draft work products for her review achieve success. She also is very patient in pointing out ways to improve a draft work product. She could be a model for other less successful VLJs.

My first supervisor at the Board. She was very professional and patient as I began to learn job, work culture here, and had HR questions or tasks. She seems very organized and was always ready to support us in applications for details when SSCs were still able to do that for us. She is very responsive to emails. She also used to cohost informative lunch and learn sessions and even happy hours before the pandemic.
