KH does not respond timely when you send her an email, which is indicative of either being unorganized, but the kicker is that if she sends you an email , she demands an *immediate* response. Combine that with her terrible communication and poor management skills, and it is a literal nightmare to work for her. If it wasn't for the dedication I have to the Veterans we serve, I definitely would have left a long time ago.
