I have never had a more unpleasant experience in reading hearing notes than in reading the hearing notes prepared by this VLJ in a single AMA case. I knew immediately that this VLJ knew less than zero about Veterans law and what he wrote in his hearing notes appeared to be crib notes from a very poorly written "Veterans Law For Dummies" textbook. I gave the case back to this VLJ rather than try and sort out the mess created by his hearing. This VLJ is the primary reason why the Board should never hire people with zero Veterans' law experience. He is simply unqualified. You know more Veterans' law at the end of this comments section than this VLJ ever will. Run away.
