Glenn is a blowhard who matches his loud voice with precious little knowledge about how our agency functions on a daily basis. He plays favorites and isn't shy about that fact. He won't teach you anything but expect you to tough it out and guess what he wants you to submit before coming down on you like a ton of bricks when you don't read his mind. Terrible VLJ. Worse person.
