Although I have no direct experience of Gayle (not Galey) Strommen as a VLJ, I can report that she was a terrible attorney and vindictive when she ran the Training Office. (Ask around - it predates OLKM). She has zero interpersonal skills, although she considers herself very funny. She attempted to get me and several other attorneys (one of whom is now a VLJ and one of "Galey's" colleagues - awkward) disciplined for an incident which never happened. She was incredibly nasty to me personally since that time and it's been over 20 years. She apparently holds grudges. Watch your back.
