Donnie is a caring person. I have always felt listened to by him. He is very generous with his time and engages easily with others. He has always been personally and professionally supportive. I have benefitted deeply from his knowledge of Veterans’ law and Board procedures.

Donnie is a jerk and a know-it-all. The sad thing is he knows very little Veterans' law since he spent the majority of his career boot licking and brown nosing in the Front Office. He is a terror to people who work for him and incredibly rude and arrogantly dismissive of anyone he considers beneath him intellectually - which he considers just about everyone who isn't a VLJ or upper management at the Board. I wouldn't work for him for anything. He also has a reputation of being anti-woman and a bully.
