I had the privilege of being on Cherry’s Chief Judge Team. She stood out in several ways. Regarding engagement, she is the only judge at the Board to ever drop by my office just to say hi. She exuded warmth and support whenever I shared difficulties. She showed sincere excitement about personal milestones, and still welcomes updates. She never gave me the slightest reason to question her legal acumen or leadership. She made a significant positive impact on my professional development and I am sincerely thankful for her.
