Bobby Mullins

Bobby Mullins knows little about Veterans' law and cares less about how you apply it in your decisions. He was a very lazy attorney and his habits haven't changed since his promotion. He also is a notorious brown noser who's afraid of BVA management so take your complaints or problems with BVA management elsewhere because Bobby will be incredibly unsympathetic to them and probably will report you to BVA management to make himself look better as a VLJ.
