Angel Caracciolo

A new VLJ, Angel knows little VA law and cares less about the attorneys who write for him. He is rude and disrespectful of attorneys who have been here longer than he has been at the Board (which is nearly everyone since he's been here 5 minutes or less). He goes straight to BVA management whenever anyone questions the low quality of the work his attorneys draft for him, obviously having no idea of their low quality. He is the poster child for why VLJs must know Veterans law before being hired. He clearly knows none.
