VLJ Blackwelder brown nosed his way to his current VLJ position. His lack of empathy, knowledge of VA law, and inability to do anything useful are emblematic of his utter lack of qualifications for his current position. He is no friend of line attorneys and should not be interacted with unless you want to know less than before you started interacting with him. He is a terrible human being. I cannot fathom what prompted the other glowing review unless VLJ Blackwelder posted it himself.
