Judge Tenner is one of the best judges I have worked with. He is very relaxed, which is not the normal with many judges in my opinion. He will not request rewrites unless he wants to go an entirely different route. He knows his job is to make the minor edits, rather then bog down his attorneys with unnecessary work that he can do himself, and save time in the process. He is always welcoming. Don't expect lectures about how you did something wrong, rather expect constructive input. He appreciates everyone's writing style and acknowledges that decisions may often go many ways, so he does not try to nit-pick minor points. If you are someone who can work independently without constant input, he's great.
