Thomas O’Shay

Thom O' Shay is a hard worked and a dedicated Board employee. What he lacks in people skills he makes up for in his commitment to doing his job well and doing it right as often as possible (given the CAVC, Front Office, and GC interference which occurs in all of our work lives). He's a good manager. He wouldn't stand out in a crowd and he's not a high-flyer but he's someone who knows how to get the job done and he gets on with it. He works well with others, too. You will learn from him although you probably will have to seek out opportunities for him to teach you rather than expecting him to explain things to you ahead of time.
