Thomas Knope

Tom Knope is a jerk and a sexist pig. He openly ogles women and denigrates their achievements. More than one of my Board colleagues has described him as a "walking sexual harassment complaint." He's also very dumb and knows nothing about how to adjudicate a VA claim properly. He's an incredibly deft brown noser and earned his VLJ promotion through a steady diet of brown nosing and boot licking. You will learn nothing from working for him. And you'll probably come away from most, if not all, of your interactions with him wanting to take a shower. He's one of the worst human beings I have had the misfortune to interact with at the Board. Women attorneys beware. He deserves negative stars on this review website.
