David Gratz is a great VLJ. Even before he was a VLJ made himself accessible for questions or concerns. No question is too dumb and believe me, I ask some doozies. He's always supportive, encouraging and is quick to respond to problems, and questions. He is great about sharing resources, instructions and he cares about ways to help make us better. He's one of the good ones. I appreciate his leadership and his integrity. He's hardworking. He is helpful. He is supportive. He is accessible. He is organized. He has a great attitude. He is great to work with.
