As head of PDD, Marcella has presided over the long, slow, sad decline of Board training. She is thoroughly and irredeemably incompetent. Her idea of training is having multiple talking heads read power point slides for 45-60 minutes. That is as dumb as it is uninspired. I have no doubt that she will be promoted to VLJ in due time but, as the person who initially hired her on as a Board attorney said to me recently, "Marcella was a huge mistake." She remains so. Zero stars.
