I might be the odd-one-out here, but Vito was not my favorite VLJ. He is smart, no doubt, but his writing requirement/style are so weird, and always troubled me. Also, I think he is too grant-oriented. I struggled with some decisions I made because of that. Nice man, but your writing abilities and critical thinking will not improve with him.

Vito is one of the best human beings and greatest VLJs at the Board. He expects a great deal of his attorneys and those who deliver earn his respect. He's also incredibly skeptical of Board management because he's seen them at their worst. He supports his attorneys vigorously. He also has a wicked sense of humor and great sense of perspective about our work. No one else at the Board comes close to his intellect and commitment. He would be tremendous to work for as a VLJ.
