Vincent Chiappetta

Vince was promoted because his brother was a Chief VLJ at the time. Vince's brother later got fired. Vince's attitude hasn't improved with time and he still knows less about Veterans' law than the average Board attorney on his or her first day on the job. I wouldn't expect any less from someone with so few qualifications to be a VLJ. Avoid this one.
